Obtain a Club Premises Certificate Licence for supply of alcohol to club members of their guests, or to provide late night entertainment or refreshment.

Apply for approval under HMRC's Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme (AWRS) to make business to business wholesales of alcohol.

Apply for approval from HMRC under WOWGR (Warehousekeepers and Owners of Warehoused Goods Regulations) to store duty-suspended alcohol.
